Hinton Properties in conjunction with Paul Johnson & Associates is delighted to announce the opening of a new Costa Coffee shop in Henley-in-Arden.
The 1,845 sq ft unit which was formerly a HSBC bank is located in a conservation area on the High Street and has been unused for the last six months. The property was purchased unconditionally from HSBC and has been fully refurbished.
The coffee shop will be open seven days a week from 7am until 7pm and has created numerous jobs.
After successfully securing A3 Planning Consent for the ground floor retail unit, Hinton Properties agreed a ten year lease to award winning coffee chain, Costa Coffee. In addition to the ground floor coffee shop, the first floor of the building has been refurbished to provide a luxury three bedroom apartment with off road car parking, which is being marketed by Hunters.
James Hinton, of Hinton Properties commented ” We are delighted to be working with Costa Coffee and to be able to invest back into the High Street. We believe that Costa Coffee will really complement the existing retail offer within Henley in Arden”.
Andy Silverwood of Wright Silverwood acted on behalf of Hinton Properties on letting the ground floor to Costa.
