Logistics experts at Colliers International in Bristol have proved three into one can go.
Road haulage specialists Aspray Transport have taken three adjoining sheds at the International Trading Estate in Third Way, Avonmouth in a deal brokered by Colliers International and Knight Frank.
Tim Davies from Colliers International who negotiated the deal said: “Aspray Transport were operating from a nearby park and were on the lookout for a unit in the region of 20,000 sq ft in the same area, but weren’t having much luck.”
The answer was to combine three adjoining units at the International Trading Estate which the landlord gave consent to.
Tim Davies said: “This kind of flexibility on the part of the landlord is the reason why the estate is now fully let.
He said: “Simple economies of scale and the first rate transport network north-west of Bristol are bringing more and more business to Avonmouth and putting the area at the centre of the UK’s industrial and logistics map.
“With the M4 and M5 motorway junctions close by Avonmouth is delivering the most efficient transport solutions not just for the whole of the South West but South Wales as well.”
