One of Bristol’s most successful Sky satellite dealers Future TV has acquired the freehold of Parkway House in Bristol through property consultants Alder King.
Located on Hambrook Lane, the property is a self-contained single storey office building with 2,660 sq ft of office space and 858 sq ft of garage/workshop space. It has been purchased for an undisclosed sum by Future TV’s pension fund and will become the company’s main office.
Future TV, which has been supplying and installing both Sky Digital Satellite and Home Entertainment Systems since 1997, will relocate from its nearby base on Bristol Road in Hambrook.
Tom Dugay of Alder King’s Bristol office agency team, said: “The proximity of Parkway House to its current base, together with the on-site car parking and workshop accommodation, was a major driver in Future TV’s decision to acquire this building. The move to larger premises will facilitate the future expansion of this successful dealership.”
Alder King acted on behalf of joint LPA receivers Begbies Traynor; Future TV was unrepresented.
