London Clancy, acting on behalf of their Clients Printed Motorworks Limited have let surplus first floor office space of about 2,900 square foot at 19 Newman Lane to premium British chocolate manufacturer House of Dorchester Limited. The lease is for a term of 10 years incorporating mutual breaks and the all-inclusive quoting rental was about £10 per square foot and the letting was completed within six months from the commencement of marketing.
