BNP Paribas Real Estate has sold 38-39 Broad Street, Reading, on behalf of DTZ Investment Management, to clients of CBRE Global Investors for £8.275m, reflecting a yield of 6.1%.
The property which occupies a prime position on Broad Street and totals 22,487 sq ft, is let to WH Smith Retail Holdings Limited with an unexpired term of just under 10 years.
