Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 61 High Street, Honiton, Devon to Colystock Kitchens. The ground floor lock up shop extended to approximately 47.14 sq m (507 sq ft) and had excellent frontage onto the town’s High Street within the central shopping area. The retail unit had been refurbished with new WC and kitchenette facilities. The property was available at a quoting rent of £9,500 per annum.
