Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has strengthened its Hotel Valuation & Advisory team with a new hire – Ian Thompson who joins the firm as a Partner from GVA.
Ian Thompson will be based within Cushman & Wakefield’s London hospitality team and will specialise in hotel valuations in the UK and across the EMEA region.
Ian was previously at GVA where he headed up the hotel valuation team, specialising in loan security valuation work as an RICS Registered Valuer. Prior to GVA, Ian was employed by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels as Senior Vice President.
