National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) Luton office is flying high after securing a trio of lettings at Luton Airport.
DOT Group, which provides IT solutions for data management, has signed a lease for Unit 2 (6,132 sq ft) at Airport Executive Park.
Airport Executive Park sits within the grounds of Luton Airport, providing easy access to the airport and the M1 motorway. The unit comprises warehouse space with office accommodation on the ground floor and an open plan office on the first floor.
Chargemaster, an electric vehicle charging solutions provider, has taken Unit K (6,332 sq ft) at Airport Executive Park. The unit has been refurbished to a high standard and benefits from a minimum eaves height of 6.45 metres and 27 car parking spaces.
Window Wizard, experts in double glazing repairs, has taken Unit 6 (5,772 sq ft) at Barratt Industrial Park.
The established industrial park is located to the south of the airport and comprises eight units. Unit 6 is a mid-terrace warehouse with two-storey offices and allocated car parking.
Dan Jackson, senior surveyor at LSH in Luton, said: “These recent lettings demonstrate that companies are taking advantage of the high standard of accommodation that is available as well as its close proximity to the airport and the national motorway network.”
Gregg Price, of Wizard Glass, said: “After winning a substantial new contract we needed to relocate to larger premises within the town. LSH was very professional and found the perfect property to support our business growth.”
LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
