Goadsby have, on behalf of Terrace Hill Group, sold a 10 metre high 59,740 sq ft warehouse by way of a design and build project at Christchurch Business Park in Dorset to mobile phone accessory distributor, Kondor Ltd. This is the second 59,740 sq ft building that Terrace Hill will have built for Kondor on the site, having completed Phase 1 in 2011 and the two units will be connected by a link building.

There is now only a 0.555 acre site remaining which Terrace Hill will sell at £400,000 plus VAT or develop with freehold units of c. 2,500 sq ft at £125 per sq ft plus VAT.
