Goadsby Commercial, the south coast based commercial agents have picked up a prestigious award from the Estates Gazette for the 5th year running.
The company, which has offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and Winchester were awarded the title of “Most Active Regional Agent in Hampshire and Dorset” based on volume of transactions. For the 12 month period up to September, Goadsby Commercial transacted on 342 properties, up 4.5 % on 2010. In comparison, the most active national agent reported 180 deals.

In addition to this award, Goadsby have been ranked in the top 25 firms by turnover in the UK. Most of the firms are either national or international.
