Specialist property adviser Christie + Co, which handled the leasehold assignment of Devon inn the Pig & Whistle last year, is delighted to report that new owners Phil and Donna McCann are reporting robust trade and much repeat business!
The Pig & Whistle is a well-known destination inn, prominently situated just outside the village of Littlehempston and some two miles from Totnes. Parts of this character-filled building are reputed to be over 400 years old.
