Richard Bean has been appointed by Jones Lang LaSalle as a senior surveyor in its office agency team in Leeds. Richard will work alongside directors Jeff Pearey and Richard Thornton advising both landlords and occupiers on the acquisition and disposal of office space across Yorkshire.

Jones Lang LaSalle employs approximately 100 staff in Leeds and acts on some of the largest, most prestigious office schemes in the region including Wellington Place in Leeds city centre, White Rose Office Park and Leeds Valley Park.
Richard joins from the Leeds office of CBRE where he had worked in a similar role for the last two years.
