M&G Real Estate, the real estate investment management arm of M&G Investments, confirms it has let over 5,000 sq ft of commercial office space at the Apex Plaza to Michael Page, a recruitment consultancy, in Reading.
Michael Page has leased the second floor space in block B for ten years with a break at five at a rent of £29 per sq ft. The recruitment firm is relocating to the Apex Plaza in the heart of Reading, which is home to some well know organisations such as Barclays, Ernst & Young and HSBC, from Aquis House in June 2013. Only 7,000 sq ft remains available in the building, highlighting 97% occupancy.
Commenting, Aaron Pope, Associate Director, Asset Management at M&G Real Estate, says: “There has been a flurry of lettings in Reading this year with businesses relocating to modern offices close to the town centre. We look forward to welcoming Michael Page to the Apex Plaza, who will join law firm Manches, who have also just relocated.”
M&G Real Estate was advised on the letting by CBRE and Campbell Gordon, and New Balleriono advised Michael Page.
