Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the world’s largest privately owned real estate services company, has appointed Michael J. Morgan (38) as Partner and Head of its investment team in Frankfurt, Germany, with effect from 1 June 2013.
Morgan, who was previously with C&W from 1999 to 2003, has over 16 years of professional experience. His previous posts include Hines Immobilien GmbH (Prokurist) and Shaftesbury Asset Management (Germany) GmbH (Director), responsible for commercial property acquisitions and disposals with a total volume of around €1 billion. The real-estate economist was most recently a board member at Dragon Real Estate AG primarily involved in investment and asset management.
