BNP Paribas Real Estate, on behalf of AXA Real Estate, has let a 45,555 sq ft detached warehouse/distribution unit at Hams Hall Distribution Park, Birmingham, to UTI Worldwide (UK) Limited. AXA Real Estate manages the Hams Hall Distribution Park on behalf of the AXA UK Pension Trustees Corporation fund.
UTI Worldwide, which optimises the freight management process, delivering an efficient flow of goods from origin to destination, secured the facility after signing a 10 year lease with a five year break clause.
Hams Hall Distribution Park benefits from an onsite inter-modal rail freight terminal run by ABP Connect. The terminal provides full inter-modal services to France, Germany and Northern Italy, as well as handling domestic traffic to Scotland and East Coast ports.
