BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed by client IBM to market part of the first floor at No.1 The Square, arguably one of the best office buildings in Central Bristol.
No.1 The Square is a distinctive and highly prominent building which occupies an excellent location towards the eastern end of Temple Quay, fronting the waterside and opposite Temple Meads train station. The area is home to a number of major occupiers including Bank of Ireland, Osborne Clarke, Bond Pearce, Canada Life and Burges Salmon.
The building was completed in 2000 to a high standard and comprises an impressive four storey purpose built office premises above ground floor retail space. The available space on the first floor suite comprises 6,631 sq ft on a single floorplate.
Daniel Smethurst of BNP Paribas Real Estate commented: “We are delighted to be working with IBM on this project as we feel confident that the quality of accommodation will appeal to many potential occupiers. The space in question is arguably some of the highest quality within an office building readily available in the city centre”.
The accommodation in question is available by way of an assignment or a sublease expiring in November 2015 – further terms upon application. Alternatively the suite may be available by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of years to be agreed direct with the Landlord.
