Colliers International has let Block 10 at Rockspring PIM’s Queenslie industrial estate to Well Machined Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of specialist components for the oil and gas industry. The 10,000 sq ft standalone industrial unit, located on Weardale Street, also offers a secure yard and office space, and attracts an annual rent of £29,975 on a five-year lease.
Colin McManus, associate director of Colliers International, said: “Queenslie Industrial Estate is located on junction 11 of the M8, so access to the M80 North was of particular interest to the ingoing tenant, who serves the oil and gas industry.
“We are marketing a number of refurbished units at Queenslie, starting at 2,000 sq ft, which will suit a wide range of tenants.”
Colliers International and James Barr acted for the landlord. The tenant was self-represented.
