A new Worcestershire-based marketing company has found the perfect space to accommodate its current employees – and potentially create 80 new jobs – after moving into a prestigious out-of-town office development.
Bamboo Marketing will celebrate its launch with new premises at Whittington Hall – a high specification office development located just off junction seven of the M5 near Worcester.
The company has agreed with real estate asset management specialists Blue Marble Properties a six-year lease of a 4,728 sq ft suite at Brook Court. Blue Marble act on behalf of the landlord, the Pemberstone Partnership.
Bamboo Marketing recently purchased one of Worcester’s leading marketing agencies, Satellite Automotive, and will continue to provide the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction to Satellite’s retained customer base of many leading UK car dealer groups and manufacturers.
Steve Tweedle, managing director at Bamboo Marketing, said: “The move to Brook Court was an obvious choice to make. We wanted a space that offered us the opportunity to grow as a business, and these premises were exactly what we were looking for.
“The new facilities mean that we can now provide even faster and safer data exchange and storage – offering essential peace of mind to our customers. It also means we are able to potentially double the size of our current 80-strong team, in turn offering attractive employment opportunities for Worcester and the surrounding area. We’re excited about moving into our new home and starting a new chapter for our business.”
Key services provided by Bamboo Marketing include database management and hosting, telemarketing, direct marketing and mailing together with design, new media support and product launches.
The business has taken the accommodation at Brook Court, a three-storey campus-style office building which has a well-appointed reception area, air conditioning, raised access floors, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, and is DDA compliant.
Whittington Hall offers Grade A high specification out-of-town office accommodation with views of the Malvern Hills. It is located near junction 7 of the M5, within two miles of Worcester city centre. It provides a unique opportunity for businesses seeking contemporary offices in a traditional estate setting with direct access to the landlord’s management team.
David Clark, head of commercial management at Blue Marble Properties, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Bamboo Marketing to Brook Court and be able to provide them with space to increase their team even further. Whittington Hall provides a perfect environment for ambitious companies such as Bamboo Marketing in which to prosper and grow.”
Whittington Hall has now secured lettings amounting to around 30,000 sq ft over the past 15 months – more than half of all office lettings in the Worcester district including the city centre and business parks, according to Chamber of Commerce statistics. Suite 4b (2,434 sq ft) in Brook Court and the top floor of Teme House (7,183 sq ft) are currently available.
