The Catalyst Centre, based on Southampton Science Park, is pleased to announce that the next cohort of Catalyst Centre tenants will receive the opportunity to submit their business plan and pitch to a group of angel investors from the Angels 5k Club.
Angels 5k are Hampshire based Angels focused on investing in early through to late stage high growth business opportunities. With over 50 active members, they have invested over £2.5 million recently in companies throughout the U.K, and successful Catalyst Centre applicants will now have the opportunity to pitch to them.
This addition to the Catalyst Centre’s programme enhances the value offered to start-up tech businesses in Southern England. During their 6 month incubation in the Catalyst Centre, the 2013 winners will receive expert mentoring and business support to prepare them for their pitch, including the honing of their business plan, and coaching to prepare them for such a vital step in their business career.
