Burston Cook, acting on behalf of private pension fund, have agreed the letting of Unit 9 Eclipse Office Park, Staple Hill, Bristol to Kensington Community Care.
The property, comprising approximately 1,513 sq ft, was let by way of a new lease for a term of three years at a rent of £15,000 per annum, exclusive.
