BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading property adviser, acting on behalf of Commercial Estates Group, has assisted the expansion of London & Country Mortgages at Bede House, located within All Saints, Newcastle.
London & Country Mortgages, the UK’s largest no-fee mortgage broker, has now expanded its business and leased the whole of the first floor extending to 9,680 sq ft, after initially taking 3,500 sq ft of space in September 2012.

Bede House, based in a Quayside location close to the heart of the city, comprises 3,512 sq m (37,806 sq ft) of high quality refurbished office space set on four floors. The flexible open floor plate allows occupiers to choose from a variety of configurations and to accommodate requirements from 1,500 sq ft to 13,000 sq ft.
