Acting on behalf of a private individual, Goadsby Planning & Environment has obtained planning permission for the change of use of the former Shoefayre shop at 27 Station Road, Swanage, to a restaurant. The consent, obtained from Purbeck District Council, will allow refurbishment work to commence on the premises in the next few weeks. This will allow the new restaurant to be open for trading for the summer season.
In addition to the planning consultancy work, Goadsby’s CAD Serives Department prepared all of the application drawings.
