Colliers International has sold the former bingo hall in Edinburgh’s West Granton Road on behalf of Gala Coral Group. The £1.25m deal sees Glasgow-based Aspin Estates Limited acquire the 32,038 sq. ft. leisure property, adjacent to Lidl and Iceland in the city’s Waterfront area, which has also been granted a change of use to Class 1 retail.

B&M Retail has agreed to lease the property from Aspin, which sees the fast-growing discount retailer which will open its fourth Home Store in the Edinburgh city area.
