Acting on behalf of Keyland Developments, DTZ, a UGL company has completed the sale of a former Yorkshire Water Depot on Harlow Moor Road, Harrogate to Miller Homes (Yorkshire) Limited.
The site has outline planning for residential development and Miller are proposing to build 46 homes offering 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed accommodation.
DTZ Leeds Director, Phil Roebuck commented: “This is the first major housing site to be sold in Harrogate for a number of years which was reflected in the strong completion and price achieved.”
