Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 57 Westover Road to Mr Jun Sik Park, who will open the retail premises as a Sushi Bar.
The premise comprises 223 sq ft of retail space and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 9 years, with a quoting rent of £7,500 per annum, exclusive.
Grant Cormack of Goadsby commented “We were of course pleased to assist Mr Park in securing premises and hope that his Sushi Bar is a real success”.
“This is the second letting Goadsby have completed recently on this stretch of Westover Road, a letting having been agreed on 55 Westover Road earlier this year to Tom Philpotts trading as Yu Tang Spa (a fish treatment spa)”.
