Cushman & Wakefield has been retained by Poundstretcher to acquire new stores throughout the South of England and Wales, and also look to make group acquisitions.
Poundstretcher is Britain’s largest discount retailer operating a countrywide network of retail outlets. It urgently requires new stores following the opening of 33 stores since 1 April 2011. Currently trading from circa 380 stores across the UK, Poundstretcher has an aggressive expansion strategy reflecting the need of the consumer for discount products.
