Education services provider Learning Tree, advised by Hanover Green and Hurst Warne, has agreed a letting to Gryffin Holdings at Leatherhead House, Station Approach, Leatherhead.
Gryffin Holdings has taken 3,005 sq ft of office accommodation and will pay £23 per sq ft on a lease than runs until March 2016.
Gryffin Holdings was not advised.
