Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of Tooze Yard located adjacent to the Chelston roundabout, facing onto the A38 Wellington to Taunton road. The scalped yard had an area of approximately 2,146 sq m (23,099 sq ft) including industrial barn and portacabin. The site had good road frontage onto the A38 and also had a rear access onto Castle Road on Chelston Business Park.

S J Tooze & Sons yard has been in the family’s ownership for over 50 years and this is the first time it has come to the market and was snapped up quickly by Wellington Waste Skips Limited. We had a range of occupiers interested in the site from car sales, build merchants, reclamation yards and other retail occupiers”.
