Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Goadsby have let the 5th floor of Dean Park House to Decoded Solutions Ltd on a new 5 year lease. The 5th floor of this six storey office building extends to approximately 2,629 sq ft and the landlord was offering a rental incentive of only £7.50 per sq ft exclusive, subject to overall lease terms.
