Property consultants Bruton Knowles have been instructed to dispose of a 7.13 acre (2.88 hectare) site in Wolverhampton.
The site, on Planetary Road, Willenhall, is being sold on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.
Located opposite Planetary Industrial Estate, the serviced site provides an excellent opportunity for commercial development in the area having the potential for research and development, light industry, general industrial or storage and distribution use.
The land is being marketed by Bruton Knowles’ Birmingham office.
Matthew Kitson, an associate in the development team at Bruton Knowles, said: “Commercial development opportunities of this size rarely become available in Wolverhampton.
