H & M Hennes has extended their coverage in the North West following the acquisition of their first store in Birkenhead.
The new store is to be located in a newly created unit from the combination of 10/12 St Johns Pavement and 10 and 12 St Johns Street, The Grange Shopping Centre. The Landlords, Mars Pension Trustees Ltd (c/o LaSalle Investment Managers) is currently carrying out the necessary works with the aim to handover to H & M Hennes for fitting out in July this year.
H & M has taken the new store on a 15 year lease subject to a tenants break in the 7th year.
The new store is prominently located within the 600,000 sq ft town centre and will provide a ground floor sales area of 11,500 sq ft and first floor sales of 6,867 sq ft.
