Foot Anstey appointed to work with Centro

Richard-WalfordPremier regional law firm Foot Anstey has been appointed to work for Centro, the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive and Authority on its legal services panel. Following a competitive tendering process, the firm has been successfully appointed to work for Centro as a legal services adviser.

Centro, an Integrated Transport Authority, promotes and develops public transport across the West Midlands, with the aim of transforming passenger transport for the people of the West Midlands and delivering them with a world class system.

Foot Anstey’s Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams will be working alongside Centro’s in-house legal department.

Richard Walford, head of the firm’s 75 strong real estate team said, “This is a significant appointment for our firm and our team and we are delighted to be working with Centro. We’ll be using the full compliment of specialists and our expertise of working in the transport sector to deliver the advice and systems to help Centro meet their business objectives.”

Foot Anstey has wide experience of working in the public sector and was most recently appointed to the high profile Government Procurement Service panel, one of only 20 firms in the country.
