City Industrial Park located at Dock Gate 10 in Southampton and opposite West Quay Retail Park, continues to go from strength to strength, with further lettings being achieved over the traditionally quiet summer period.
Acting for Coal Pension Property Fund, joint agents Goadsby and CBRE have successfully secured deals, with Unit 20 let to Supertracker Ltd and unit 28 being let to The Gearbox Specialists, both on 5 year FRI leases. The quoting rent for these 1,220 sq ft units was £9,950 per annum exclusive. Unit 30 has also recently been put under offer.
These deals follow hot on the heals of the successful letting of Unit 45, a 6,880 sq ft unit, to Formula One Autocentres limited, on a 10 year FRI lease and taking advantage of the units prominence to the West Quay Road.
