BNP Paribas Real Estate, alongside Savills, has been appointed as joint letting agents by Mapeley to market part of the third floor of The Crescent Centre, Temple Back.
The accommodation comprises two self-contained office suites capable of accommodating occupational requirements from 2,800 sq ft – 5,655 sq ft.
The Crescent Centre is prominently located on the junction of Templeback and Temple Way, directly opposite Temple Quay. The building’s location further benefits from good access to the M32 which offers direct access to the national motorway network and Temple Meads Railway Station, which is less than five minutes walking distance.
Daniel Smethurst of BNP Paribas Real Estate commented: “We are very pleased to be working with Savills on this particular project. Mapeley are about to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of one suite which will ensure that occupiers can take advantage of the good quality accommodation on offer at a very competitive rent.”
Chris Meredith of Savills added: “The building’s easy access to the M32 and Temple Meads Railway Station makes The Crescent Centre stand out from the competition. The existing lease runs to April 2021 and as such we are able to offer extremely competitive lease packages and accommodation tailored to suit individual requirements.”
