Supply teaching specialists Protocol Education Limited have moved from Corn Street to Hanover House in Queen Charlotte Street in a deal brokered by Colliers International.
The high quality office has filled up dramatically since the beginning of the year with just 3,380 sq ft left on the second floor.
Protocol Education have taken 2,240 sq ft on the ground floor on a five year lease.
Richard Wright from Colliers International’s Broad Quay office said Hanover House was in the heart of Bristol’s commercial district close to all the amenities on Baldwin Street.
“This refurbished six-storey office building has attracted a number of new tenants in the past five months.”
“It is in a great locality that businesses like and offers highly flexible floorplates which can be configured to suit individual requirements.”
He said the deal is typical of current activity in the small to medium office sector.
“We are seeing steady levels of business as firms look around for quality space close to the city centre. High levels of availability mean businesses can pick and choose their location and high quality refurbished space such as that at Hanover House is clearly proving attractive.”

The building is marketed jointly by Colliers International and Hartnell Taylor Cook.
