BNP Paribas Real Estate has secured City office space for two clients, Trayport and ITG.
Trayport has signed a new lease directly from Hines on 20,000 sq ft of office space at Broadgate West. ITG has taken a sublease from Macquarie on 10,700 sq ft of office space at Ropemaker Place.
Tom Marsden of BNP Paribas Real Estate said: “Trayport and ITG have both taken advantage of what remains a tenant’s market, committing to space ahead of what could become a supply constrained environment later in the year. Searching for Grade A space in the Square Mile in 2012 and early this year uncovered some great opportunities, but this will inevitably become increasingly difficult towards the end of 2013, as the supply side becomes tighter.”
