A Warwickshire firm of chartered accountants has found the ideal location for its new head office with support from national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
Magma Chartered Accountants has purchased 16 Davy Court – a 5,090 sq ft modern two-storey office building in Rugby – as a freehold investment.
The new headquarters is located at Central Park, the premier out of town office park, adjacent to the M6 Junction 1, which will significantly improve the company’s links to the wider Midlands region.
David Grove, senior surveyor at LSH’s Northampton office, said: “Magma Chartered Accountants has enjoyed a very successful period of business activity and the company was keen to find the right location to continue its expansion and expand their brand across the wider region.
“Davy Court is located off Castle Mound Way, which links with the M6 via the A426 Leicester Road, and is just two miles from the centre of Rugby. The property is a modern two storey detached office building with the benefit of 22 on site car parking spaces, and suits their purposes perfectly.”
Rugby-based Magma Chartered Accountants’ move follows a successful year for the firm. The 40-strong company secured a substantial number of new clients and completed 12 corporate finance transactions in 2012.
