FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce that they have been instructed to manage 4/5 Angel Row in Nottingham City Centre on behalf of private individuals.
On behalf of our new client FHP will be undertaking property management duties including rent collection, administration of common services, property inspections, and dealing with general landlord and tenant matters. The property is arranged over 4 floors with Roosters, a peri peri style restaurant, occupying the ground and basement, and Nottingham City Transport occupying the upper floors as staff accommodation and canteen.
