Specialist personal injury and clinical negligence law firm Mooneerams Solicitors has responded to continued growth in its client base by opening two new offices.
The firm has moved to a new, larger headquarters at Greenmeadow Springs Business Park, at Junction 32 of the M4, as well as opening a second office in Pontypridd.
The new headquarters is approximately 2,500 sq ft and will allow the firm to accommodate its growing client base by offering improved client facing facilities, a greater number of interview rooms and more client parking spaces.
The majority of Mooneerams’ staff will be based at the new headquarters, while its new Pontypridd base, located on Cardiff Road, will see onsite physiotherapists offering immediate assessment for its clients as part of an extended service.
Vin Mooneeram, director at Mooneerams Solicitors, says: “We have a strong client base in Cardiff and Rhondda Cynon Taff, but we’re also experiencing growth in the Bridgend and Newport areas. As such, we had to think about improving accessibility for all our clients, and a new headquarters at junction 32, where the M4 meets the A470, positions us at a key hub to service these areas.
“Establishing a base in Pontypridd also represents a significant step in extending our personal face-to-face service to clients in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.
“Central to these moves is also the ability to offer our clients more ‘user friendly’ offices. Our old office was beginning to burst at the seams, so we were conscious that we needed to expand our operation in order to keep offering our clients the type of personalised service they have come to expect from us.”
“Our staff have also welcomed the move to a new headquarters. About a third of them travel into Cardiff from outside Cardiff, so being based off junction 32 of the M4 will reduce their travelling time significantly. For our staff living in Cardiff, there is also the added benefit of travelling against most of the traffic.”
Set up in 2002 by directors Vin Mooneeram and Alistair Worth, Mooneerams Solicitors has grown organically over the past decade through referrals from it’s own client base, its strong relationships with local businesses in Cardiff and a reputation for offering a personalised, local service delivered to its customers’ doorsteps.
Mr Mooneeram adds: “We see this very much as an investment in our clients. We take pride in being both an approachable and accessible law firm, and our new offices will enable us to continue to improve the service we offer.”
Huw Thomas Commercial Property Consultancy acted on behalf of Mooneerams, while Savills was the letting agent.
Gary Carver, director at Savills, says: “Greenmeadow Springs remains a popular location for businesses given its strategic location off Junction 32 of the M4. The offices provide high quality accommodation with excellent parking. These factors, together with the ability of my client to adopt a realistic approach to the deal, were all key factors in attracting Mooneerams.”
