Bulk wine retailer Majestic Wine Warehouses continue their expansion with 16 acquisitions completed in the last 12 months, with recent new store openings in Dorking, Alton, Kings Lynn, Gerrards Cross and Crawley.
Retained agents Rapleys are seeking further opportunities to continue the roll out, with a target of 16 more new stores in the next 12 months.
The properties acquired comprise a range of buildings including former petrol filling stations, car showrooms, new retail units and converted trade premises. Majestic will look at both freehold and leasehold opportunities.
