Smart Stabilisers, a Weatherford UK Ltd company, specialising in the design and manufacture of drilling products and services for the oil and gas industry, had been looking to expand on their existing presence as a result of external growth.
Alder King acted on behalf of the landlord, M7 Real Estate LLP, in the lease of Unit 15 in the Ashchurch Business Centre, which resides next door to Weatherford’s existing premises.
