Commercial property specialist, Mather Jamie, has secured a 10 year deal for a former vehicle maintenance workshop and offices on 3.23 Acres in Loughborough.
The deal has seen commercial car rental firm, LCV Hire Solutions, which provides flexible rental solutions to business users nationwide, relocate its head office and hire operations to the 18,222 ft2 on 3.23 Acres former Volvo site on Brisco Avenue, Loughborough.

“The workshop and offices are ideal for vehicle works and the self-contained site also benefits from superb access to the A6 and M1.
