Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 38 Station Road, Taunton on behalf of their clients. The prominent retail premises was located within Station Road opposite the public swimming baths and Taunton Deane Borough Council. The property was available to let at a quoting rent of £8,950 per annum.
The retail unit provided ground floor retail space of 83.18 sq m (895 sq ft) plus stores. At first floor there was a showroom of 40.20 sq m (433 sq ft) and offices/stores, kitchenette and WC facilities. To rear there were double pedestrian doors facing out onto Morrisons supermarket’s car park.
