Independent commercial property adviser GVA has secured new premises in Salisbury for its client, tool and equipment hire company Brandon Hire.
A 15 year lease has been signed at Faraday House, on the Churchfields Industrial Estate in the city. Woolley & Wallis advised the landlord, Penton Motor Group.
The property, which is situated just off Stephenson Road, comprises a traditional detached warehouse building of around 4,793 sq ft with a secure, gated yard area and forecourt parking/ loading.
Brandon Hire is relocating from its existing premises on York Road on the City’s ring road, which is being redeveloped for residential.
Amy Bullamore, of GVA’s Bristol office, who secured the deal, comments, “The new premises in Salisbury is part of GVA’s UK-wide acquisition programme on behalf of Brandon Hire. We have continued to support the company’s growth by acquiring eleven branches over the last twelve months throughout the country.”
Rental cost is undisclosed.
