Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that it has been awarded by the Nippon Sheet Glass Group (“NSG”), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of glass and glazing systems, a five year facility management contract to manage their global real estate portfolio in Europe, Asia and the Americas. The contract is phased, with implementation across Europe first, with the Americas and Asia Pacific regions to follow.
Tom Rae, Chief Procurement Officer for NSG, said “We are impressed with the scale of JLL’s global network, their clear expertise and their client centric approach to facility management. Their willingness to adapt to our business model and particular needs was an important factor in our decision to partner with them. We very much look forward to working with them to deliver measurable results back to our business units.”
Magnus Akerberg, Managing Director, Integrated Facility Management, EMEA, at Jones Lang LaSalle said: “This engagement represents a vote of confidence in Jones Lang LaSalle’s growing leadership in the facility management environment. It especially underscores the continued expansion of our facility management function across Europe, Middle East and Africa and will enable the development of robust solutions for corporates such as NSG seeking productivity and change.
