Retail and leisure specialist Bruce Gillingham Pollard has expanded its team with two senior appointments. Victoria Broadhead joins as an associate director from Land Securities and Tim Gee has joined from DTZ to work on an investment and development role.
Director Nigel Gillingham comments: “Having worked with Victoria previously at MVG and Knight Frank, I am absolutely delighted that she is rejoining us after four fantastic years at Land Securities.She brings with her a wealth of retail leasing experiencefrom asset management and leasing roles on Princesshay, Exeter; Westgate, Oxford and more latterly at Gun Wharf in Portsmouth. She will head up key instructions in London, the South East and Scotland for clients such as Land Securities, intu and Hammerson.
“Tim joins us at a very important time and brings with him substantial experience in corporate recovery and investment. We are increasingly involved in the investment transactional side of the retail business and there is a clear demand from our clients for this service. Over the last two years we have provided in-depth and comprehensive advice on all aspects of leasing, asset management and development within the retail and restaurant sectors and can now add investment advice to our service offer.”
