Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have successfully let another City Centre office premises.
Unit 28 City Business Centre, Hyde Street, Winchester has been let on a three year lease to Buyingtime Limited. The office premises was a self-contained unit at first floor level comprising 665 sq ft with a car parking space.
Amy Baker of Goadsby comments – ‘We were very pleased to let this office to Buyingtime Limited, who were expanding and relocating from another office in the City. The office was just the right size for them and was more self-contained than other premises they have viewed’.
This office is one of many that Goadsby have let over the last few months in the region of 1,000 sq ft or less. Winchester has seen continued demand for smaller office premises of all types and styles. It shows there continues to be a number of companies committing themselves to Winchester City Centre as a location.
