Interior architects Monteith Scott is working with a leading serviced office company to maximise the letting space at its two new sites.
Pure Offices has purchased existing serviced office premises in Leeds and Nottingham. Established in 2007, the company is part of Highcross Strategic Advisers Ltd and owns 15 serviced office buildings across the UK.
Birmingham-based Monteith Scott has carried out feasibility and cost studies to improve the flow of the internal space. It will look at rationalising the number of meeting rooms and break out areas, as well as centralising reception areas to provide more flexibility and maximise letting space.
Derek Matthews, design director at Monteith Scott, said: “Both locations are modern, dynamic buildings with a need for greater functionality. The Nottingham building is in a great position just north of the city and it’s an interesting building to work with. The Leeds property has an attrium that helps to create a feeling of space and light.
“We’ve done a lot of work with the likes of Regus and Orega across the UK and we feel Pure Offices is fast becoming on a par with these companies.
Nick Smith, managing director at Pure Offices, said: “Monteith Scott has worked closely with us to create outstanding designs for our new reception and communal areas.”
