Southern Co-Operative have recently opened a new Convenience store in Bagshot Road, Chobham.
The store, which has a ground floor area of approximately 3,500 sq ft and 8 parking spaces was developed for them by Fulham based 10 Ant Group.
Co-Op entered into a new 15 year lease with 5 yearly rent reviews, at a rent of just over £60,000 per annum.
The investment was subsequently sold to private investor for an undisclosed sum. Goadsby advised 10 Ant Group on the acquisition and letting, and Allsops on the Investment sale.
