BNP Paribas Real Estate relocates South West office to Bristol’s Halo

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the relocation of its South West office to the award-winning Halo building in Bristol’s vibrant Finzels Reach development.

The firm will occupy 3,000 sq ft of the Grade A office space on the ground floor of the building located on the corner of Temple Street and Counterslip.

The news follows the appointment of Kevin Hunt as Head of its Bristol office which was announced earlier this month.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has made several strategic upgrades to its UK portfolio including its HQ to BNP Paribas Group’s Marylebone campus; its City office to a newly fitted out floor at 5 Aldermanbury Square, West End office to 24 Savile Row, and Glasgow office to 177 Bothwell Street, as well as number of its Strutt & Parker offices.

Etienne Prongué, CEO (UK) at BNP Paribas Real Estate commented: “This move reflects our wider commitment to sustainability, innovation, and providing a UK workspace offering that promotes increased collaboration and well-being for our team and clients alike.

“We made great strides in recent years with the success of our Glasgow office relocation, and most recently, with our London moves, which has been a valuable play in further developing our positioning. Halo forms the latest part of this strategic drive as we actively review our overall portfolio to fit our operations.”

Designed with sustainability at its core, Halo building boasts BREEAM “Outstanding” certification, WiredScore Platinum connectivity, and CycleScore Platinum facilities, offering the highest standards of workplace wellness and environmental responsibility.

Donna Rourke, Head of ESG & Sustainability at BNP Paribas Real Estate added: “This move is a key milestone in our commitment to sustainability. We have already achieved a significant reduction in energy consumption across our entire workplace portfolio, and Halo will propel that figure significantly forward as we strive to meet our targets and commitments.

“As part of our on-going ESG strategy, we are taking a forensic look at our network of offices, ensuring that every future space aligns with our environmental goals and supports a greener, more responsible built environment.”
